Gathered seasonally by Bedouins in Arabia by making vertical notches in the trunks of the Boswellia Thurifera forest trees, frankincense is formed over a three month period as the resin gathers and hardens itself into yellow tears. Its soothing scent has wafted among sacred ceremonies throughout time, arousing an elation which serves to awaken fresh awarenesses.

Orange
Orange is one of nature’s antidepressants, enhancing contentedness while inspiring creativity. Its lively scent attracts abundance and pleasure through love and connection. Its association with balance, healing, peace, prosperity, and pleasure make it the perfect aroma to pair with others to amplify their combined benefits.

USES:
Essential oils can be used before, during, of after your moving and meditation practices either through inhalation or topical use. Anoint a drop on your pulse points (inside of wrist, neck, feet, hands, temples) or chakra points (first - seventh). Place a few drops in a diffuser, bath, or shower floor for aromatherapy purposes. And don’t forget to reflect and witness any changes to your breathing, creativity, energetic and emotional state once applied.

Be sure to store essential oils out of the reach of children. Avoid getting essential oils in your eyes, nose, or ears. Wash your hands thoroughly after using essential oils. Don't take essential oils internally, even small amounts can be toxic and potentially fatal if ingested. Before going out in the sun, avoid essential oils that increase your sensitivity to the sun, such as bergamot, grapefruit, and other citrus oils. Overuse of essential oils can trigger a headache or dizziness. Don't exceed recommended amounts.
